Responding to this report from Fox News:

When President Obama stated that he wanted to put an end to the stale and fruitless debate over abortion he did not understand the massive shift of public opinion against abortion that has been taking place in the last 10 years.  This congress needs to understand that the elections were not a referendum on abortion but rather a reaction to the economy.  This debate over abortion will only intensify and be inflamed if President Obama, the congress, and senate keep pushing the issue of abortion over to the far side of where millions of Americans refuse to go.  

A young black american woman recently emailed me with such conviction that she wanted to stop paying taxes that would fuel abortion even if she went to jail over it.  As a Christian Leader i encouraged her to pay her taxes even as Jesus told his followers to give to Caesar what is Caesars.  But you can only push the rising army of young people committed to life so far until something breaks and a great spiritual and social defiance takes place.  

If the pro-abortion congress seeks to add to their spending bills the tax-payer financing for abortion agendas their should be a moral outcry and we may see civil disobedience begin to take place.  What would happen to the economy if millions of followers of Jesus refused to pay their taxes?  This abortion issue will not go away just like slavery could not be compromised.  For the agenda is not just on the President and Senate lists, the agenda has been written up in heaven and the God of justice will not be silent.
